Autumn Hours for the Botanical Dispensary

We are excited to share that the Botanical Dispensary and Artisanal Retail Space will continue to be open to the public Thursday – Saturday, 12 – 4 pm.

As a note we will be closed October 7, 8, and 9th.

We have a few considerations to be aware of:

Please do not access the shop when you are sick and/or displaying cold and flu symptoms. We will prepare medicine for you and coordinate delivery in this instance.

Please arrive wearing a mask to enter the shop. If you are unable to wear a mask, let us know ahead of time and we will prepare your order to be ready for pick up.

We are still only allowing one client in the shop at a time. This allows for not only safe and comfortable access but privacy for our clients to gather their herbal medicine supplies.

If you do not reside in the West Kootenay region or are travelling through we ask you make use of our online shop at this time and/or place your order ahead of time and we will have it ready to pick up at a coordinated time.

If you require specific health advice and/or customized herbal medicine support this can be accessed through one on one client care with Colleen Emery. Please access her directly through email.

Additionally, health advice cannot be given over the phone or through email outside of a client / practitioner relationship.

This allows for proper intake of all the necessary information to make recommendations that are safe and effective.

Herbs work best when we treat people individually with customized care.
