Botanical Dispensary Hours
The Botanical Dispensary is open to the public Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 12 – 4.
GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS WHEN VISITING OUR FACILITY.
We operate as a full-time Compounding Botanical Dispensary and provide public access to retail hours in our shop on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays from 12 – 4 pm.
Customized herbal medicine support is available within the client practitioner relationship through client specific care.
We cannot offer over the counter healthcare support in our retail shop, those that need health support are welcome to book an appointment in our clinic for further customized support.
Considerations to be aware of to help facilitate a safe and meaningful interaction for everyone.
Please do not access the shop when you are acutely sick and/or displaying cold and flu symptoms of any kind.
If you require specific health advice and/or customized herbal medicine support this can be accessed through one on one client care with Colleen Emery. Please access her directly through email.
Additionally, health advice cannot be given over the phone or through email outside of a client / practitioner relationship. This allows for proper intake of all the necessary information to make recommendations that are safe and effective and allows our facility to comply with Health Canada Regulations.
Honouring the Traditional of Herbal Medicine is a priority for Emery Herbals. Herbal Medicine is most effective when we treat people individually with customized care.
