Fall Harvest Fermentation

Fermented foods have long been documented & utilized for their health benefits. Join Colleen Emery as she details the benefits of fermented foods and guides us how to take our garden abundance and turn it into delicious combinations ready to nourish and sustains us through the winter to come.
This completely hands on class is for all levels of fermentation enthusiasts. Participants will leave with 3 – 4 started fermented projects!
This workshop is being hosted in New Denver by the Healthy Community Society of North Slocan Valley. Registration will open early September through this organization.
