Fermenting Intensive AKA The Fermentation Extravaganza!

Fermented foods have long been documented & utilized for their health benefits including supporting and nourishing the human microbiome. A balanced microbiome regulates the immune system, metabolism, sustains the gastrointestinal tract, supports mood and brain function and produces crucial vitamins and nutrients.
In this exciting workshop offered once a year Colleen teaches several fermenting techniques in one-8 hour class. After reviewing the health benefits of Fermentation, participants will be guided through various fermenting techniques in this entirely hands on class. Students will prepare several ferments that will expand their culinary and medicinal application of this preparation technique. Sign up early, this class sells out every year.
