Four Thieves

As the folklore tale is told, during the bubonic plague in the 1400’s in France, four thieves were arrested for robbing the dead and dying plague victims. The judge offered leniency if they would share the secret which made them immune to the plague themselves. Being unemployed perfume makers and spice merchants, they were using those same herbs and spices in extracted forms to protect themselves from the germs. The thieves were sentenced to hang instead of burn at the stake for sharing this information. The plague doctors of that time went on to wear beak-like masks stuffed with these herbs to protect themselves.

In our time, we use this essential oil blend as an active protection barrier for airborne pathogens as well as to boost our own immunity against modern day contagions.

Suggested Use: Use at a 5% dilution ratio with carrier oil for topical application. Diffuse and/or use direction inhalation technique, breathe deeply to promote immune system vitality. Works well in diffuser to repel airborne pathogens.
