Living in the rural West Kootenay Mountains can be really hard on the human body. Since relocating from the inner city jungle in 2011, Colleen Emery, Cl.H, RHT (BCHA) began to see many folks in practice with ‘mountain’ related injuries. Everything from torn muscles and tendons from back country ski adventures to strained and sore backs and shoulders from chopping wood, its tough terrain out here y’all!  With this experience and discovery the Connective tincture was created.

Contains: Curcuma longa, Smilax regelii, Equisetum arvense, Bupleurum falcatum, Polygonatum biflorum, Dipsacus asper, Harpagophytum procumbens, Zingiber officinale, organic cane alcohol, distilled, spring and/or purified water available in a 100 ml or 250 ml amber, glass bottle.

Uses:  While in the acute sense, inflammation can protect and support an immediate injury, such as a sprained ankle or broken wrist, ongoing inflammation is the core of *most* chronic concerns. Incorporating herbal medicine known to help circulate healthy blood through the injured area, dispersing the by-products of inflammation and repairing the site will be long term results to chronic concerns.
