Calming Herbal Tea

Sip this soothing, aromatic tea after (or during) stressful events to tone and nourish the nervous system. Helpful at calming down even the most intense of emotions, this tea also works well as an external wash for sore and tired skin, including rashes, burns, and abrasions. Simply brew a large pot of the tea, strain, and add into the bath to soak frustrated, tired children.
