The season of Summer is a dynamic, fast paced, energy charged, heated time. For most of us we spend a large portion of our time outside in the Summer, basking in every opportunity this seemingly too short season offers us. The sun, the surf, the mountains, the lakes and forests all call us to come and visit and spend time deeply connecting with nature. Along with this deep connection comes exposure to the elements in a profound kind of way. Everything from sun burns to bug bites, to heat stroke are all potentials of this season.

Utilizing Aromatherapy during this time is an excellent way to assist with  several of the conditions of Summer. Emery Herbals Summer Survival was formulated to be useful in several situations.

Suggested Use:

  • Dilute at 2- 3 % and mist all over to recover the skin from the sun and cool down after a hot day.
