Through this phase of my apprenticeship I learned hands-on medicine makings skills, began materia medica study and learned of the countless ways that herbal medicine can support children's wellness and engage creativity. This start to my herbal studies was a truly rich experience as it introduced me to herbal medicine gradually by working with a specific herb each week.
