Springtime has begun in the West Kootenay Mountain Region.
We are excited to share that the Botanical Dispensary and Artisan and Maker Space in Winlaw, BC will be open to the public Thursday – Saturday, 12 – 4 pm.
Please note that our facility is a busy, full time operation and we are regularly onsite outside of our retail hours. If you require access to herbal medicine support outside of our retail hours please contact us directly
We have a few considerations to be aware of to help facilitate a safe and meaningful interaction for everyone when visiting us onsite during retail hours.
Please do not access the shop when you are sick and/or displaying cold and flu symptoms of any kind. We will prepare medicine for you and coordinate delivery in this instance.If you require specific health advice and/or customized herbal medicine support this can be accessed through one on one client care with Colleen Emery. Please access her directly through email.Additionally, health advice cannot be given over the phone or through email outside of a client / practitioner relationship.This allows for proper intake of all the necessary information to make recommendations that are safe and effective.
Herbs work best when we treat people individually with customized care.
